These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Rolamee virtual tutoring platform, operated by BIT4ORGE Solutions Ltd. Please read them carefully before registering or using any part of the service.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Rolamee platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. These terms apply to all users — students, parents, and tutors.
2. The Service
Rolamee is a virtual tutoring platform that connects students with vetted tutors for live online sessions. The platform handles tutor vetting, session scheduling, Zoom link delivery, and communication. Rolamee does not guarantee specific academic outcomes.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering. Students under 18 must provide guardian details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Student Obligations
Students agree to attend scheduled sessions on time, treat tutors with respect, and use the platform solely for legitimate educational purposes. Repeated no-shows or misconduct may result in account suspension.
5. Tutor Obligations
Tutors agree to provide accurate qualification and credential information, attend all confirmed sessions, maintain professional conduct at all times, and comply with Rolamee’s quality and safeguarding standards. Misrepresentation of qualifications is grounds for immediate removal.
6. Prohibited Use
You must not use the platform to harass, impersonate, or harm other users; to share unlawful, offensive, or infringing content; or to circumvent the platform to arrange sessions outside Rolamee’s booking system. Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination.
7. Intellectual Property
All platform content, including design, copy, and code, is the property of BIT4ORGE Solutions Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Rolamee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to any user is limited to the amount paid by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.
9. Termination
Rolamee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time for breach of these terms. Users may close their account at any time by contacting support.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
